A Two Day Celebration of Gilgamesh Magazine

Gilgamesh Quarterly, hosted an event to celebrate the one-year anniversary of its Persian magazine and the birth of its first English magazine on July 22nd and 23rd, 2017 at their office in Tehran. Over the two days, over 400 guests active in different fields related to heritage and tourism such as journalists, researchers, tourist guides, students, and other supporters from different provinces of Iran and other countries were present. The guests had a chance to have an interactive and informative discussion to exchange ideas with Arash Nooraghayee, publisher and head of the editorial board, Mahsa Motahar, License holder and Managing Director, and other members of the team.

Readings from the epic of Gilgamesh, showing video clips of the contents of the magazine, presentation of digital information software, prepared by the Smart House of Afra and Gilgamesh magazine sales were the activities present during the two days along with networking opportunities for professionals and students. There have been five Persian Gilgamesh Quarterlies published so far and one English magazine.  Stay tuned for more exciting news from the Gilgamesh family!
